I picked up the October 2013 issue of Real Simple magazine and especially liked that the cover is very Halloween! There's not a ton of Halloween content inside, but I did take some snaps of some of the content that I liked. It's worth checking out. The interesting mix of Halloween dishes was fun. And notice the vintage blow molds featured on one page--nice to see some vintage!

I was of course drawn to the cover image. It stands out against all the other magazines. Still have this and 2 other magazines in the blog que. So many cool things to see at this time of year. We ad our first cool night last night for the harvest moon.
I'd love to have a cool night but in PHX AZ ;) ..... Soon, though, it will start cooling down more. What I miss most here are the turning fall leaves and that crispness in the air!
