The 2015 October issue of Woman's Day is out - features a lot of Halloween ideas compared to other magazines this year, which is refreshing! I like the ornament idea below and the robot pumpkin.

Woman's Day October 2014 Magazine
Woman's Day used to have a special Halloween issue but they haven't in a couple of years now. They do include a few Halloween ideas in this issue including some front porch decorating ideas - I like the green "ooze/slim" effect on the steps below and the squash turned into ghostly jack o' lanterns.

Woman's Day Halloween Celebrations 2012
Woman's Day Halloween Celebrations
I picked up the annual Halloween edition put out by Woman's Day today at Barnes & Noble. The ghost cupcakes on the cover look yummy!
Inside there's some new content, but a big portion of the magazine is 75 of their favorite ideas over the years for Halloween decorations, crafts, and treats.
Did you know, there's a Spook City, CO? Or a Witch Lake, MI? How about Scary, WV?
I enjoyed the decoration ideas with pumpkins and porch decor and the pumpkin farm article was nice. There are 2 party set ups - one for kids and one for adults.
Of the 75 favorite ideas from issues past, I especially enjoyed the candy corn decorating--garlands, tree, wreath. Definitely going to have to try the sweet and salty candy corn fudge.

Vintage Halloween in Woman's Day Halloween Issue
Halloween issues are hitting the stands! I picked up the Woman's Day Special Halloween Celebrations issue today. I was very pleasantly surprised to see my Vintage Halloween website listed in the Happy Haunting piece on page 96 among websites to check out. Thanks Woman's Day! The issue is great featuring some ghoulish looking treats on the cover and a cute treat cone idea inside for the trick or treaters. It features 184 spooky ideas.
Also featured among the merchandise were the new Martha Stewart Halloween coffin boxes which we are carrying in the store - they're frightfully fun!
