Beistle Witch Shown in Autumn Decorating at Vintage Halloween
The Autumn Decorating 2016 special issue from Country Sampler features an article with lots of great Halloween decor including a framed Beistle witch decoration - it looks quite neat framed. I'm not sure if it's vintage or a repro, but we do carry the repro from Beistle at Vintage Halloween - you can order the witch, a set of peel and place decals or a small set of cutouts featuring a smaller version of the witch! Halloween & Vine - October 24, 2016
It's that time again! Halloween & Vine is a great Halloween show to attend! It's Sept. 24, 2016 in Petaluma, CA at the Hermann Sons Hall from 9am to 2pm.
There are lots of great artists with their spooky and fall creations and Vintage Halloween expert Mark Ledenbach will be there with copies of the 3rd edition of his Vintage Halloween Collectibles guide.

Vintage Halloween Finds - Beistle Lantern Image Puzzle
Recent find by a vintage Halloween collector - Beistle apparently made a puzzle out of this spooktacular image that was used on their lanterns. It is the only one I've seen before, but hopefully others are out there!

October 2016 issue of Martha Stewart Living
After a noticeable decline in Halloween content and covers in the last few years of October issues, the October 2016 issue of Martha Stewart Living has completely underwhelmed me - she used to be known as the "Queen of Halloween" after all. The only Halloween article inside is the pumpkin carving/decorating one--some clever styling including the snakes below, but with the exception of a few items in the "Good Things" section, that's it. There was no usual "spooktacular" theme article - unless it was the pumpkin piece. Disappointed.....
